If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you can use the form below.

Simply copy the form, fill in the requested details, and email it to [email protected].
You can also send a clear email stating that you wish to withdraw from your purchase without using the form.

Please note that this form is intended for eligible purchases within the applicable withdrawal period.

After submitting your withdrawal request

Once I've received your withdrawal request, I'll email you with the return address and any details you need to send your piece back.
Please pack your ceramic carefully, ideally using the original packaging and packing materials it arrived in. Make sure it's well protected
so it can survive the journey back without breaking.

Please use a tracked shipping service and keep your proof of postage and tracking number until your return has been received.

For returns due to a change of mind, the return shipping costs are your responsibility, where permitted by law. If your item arrived
faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact me first so we can work out the best way to resolve it in line with your consumer rights.
