Shipping & Returns

Everything you see here is made by hand in my small studio in the Netherlands. That means things move a little slower, but with a lot more love (and bubble wrap).

Shipping
All pieces are packed carefully and shipped from the Netherlands.

Processing Time
Orders are usually shipped within a few business days, unless stated otherwise. If something needs a little extra drying time, I’ll let you know.

Where I Ship
I currently ship from the Netherlands to select international destinations. Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please Note
Once a package has been handed over to the postal service, delivery times are out of my control. Customs delays, carrier delays, and general postal chaos can happen.

Returns
Ceramics are fragile, handmade objects, so returns are handled a little differently.
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Because each piece is made in small batches and carefully described, please read listings closely before purchasing.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery using the contact form. Include clear photos of the item and packaging so I can help you properly.

Lost Packages
If your package appears lost, get in touch and I’ll look into it with the shipping carrier.

A Small but Important Note
Because everything is handmade, small variations in shape, size, and glaze are normal and part of what makes each piece unique. These are not considered defects.
